Manuel focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters for private companies and individuals. He is president of the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin and also serves on the board for the Austin Bar Foundation and the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin Charitable Foundation. He earned his B.A. from Rice University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
