Daniel practices labor and employment litigation. While interning with the general counsel for the Rug Doctor, Daniel assisted with discovery, legal research, and drafting for a wide variety of legal issues including employment law, HR, taxation, international law, and contract work. Daniel has also worked in the Grand Prairie City Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with legal matters including voir dire, prosecution, memoranda, oil & gas, and contracts. In addition to employment law and litigation, Daniel has experience in other legal fields including bankruptcy, oil & gas, and family law.
Daniel graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as an Article Editor for the SMU International Law Review. Along with his interest in law, Daniel also enjoys restoring classic cars, motorsports, and grilling.
